Large double bedroom available from 25 September for £800 per month, plus bills of around £100. The room has plenty of space for a double bed, desk, wardrobe and bedside table, and receives plenty of morning sunlight.

You would share the flat with Alice and Jess, two friendly working professionals. Alice works in retail and Jess works in administration from home three days a week. The flat has no living room, so residents usually spend time together in the kitchen or elsewhere nearby.

The home is in SW9 between Brixton and Stockwell stations. Brixton offers Victoria line and Overground services, while Stockwell has Northern and Victoria line connections. Slade Gardens and local pub quizzes are also close by.
