The flat has a large kitchen, spacious sitting room and balcony overlooking communal gardens, plus a new washing machine. Rent is £1,050 per month with bills roughly £200 per month, and cleaning costs £30 each twice a month.

You would share the flat with one existing female flatmate who has lived there for two years and considers it home. A friendly female flatmate is wanted.

Twickenham Green is around 5 minutes away. Strawberry Hill Station is a 7 minute walk with direct trains to London Waterloo, while Twickenham Station is 15 minutes away and Richmond is around 20 minutes by bus.
