Description

Fully furnished large bedroom available from 11 September in a four-bedroom house, around a 5-minute walk from Clapham Junction station. The room has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and storage, and a private en-suite bathroom.

The house has a large open-plan kitchen and living room and a garden. Northcote Road, supermarkets and the Thames are all within walking distance, with good bus connections nearby.

You’ll be living with three housemates aged 25–27 working in design, coffee shop management and marketing. The household is social and LGBT-friendly, with shared TV time and drinks as well as independent lives. The landlord requires right-to-rent documentation, ID, three months of bank statements and an employment confirmation letter. No students, couples or pets.
