Description

A large furnished double room is available in a well-kept four-bedroom terrace house. The room includes a double bed, double wardrobe, desk, lights and a lock. The house has a shared living room, garden, fully equipped kitchen, downstairs bathroom, separate shower and WC, plus washing and drying machines.

Three housemates currently live there, two men and one woman aged 29–38, working and studying in retail, charity and the arts. The household is friendly, respectful and independent rather than party-focused.

The house is in a quiet Leytonstone residential area, near Wanstead Flats, Epping Forest and Olympic Park. Leyton, Leytonstone High Road, Maryland and Stratford stations are within walking distance, with buses reaching Leyton and Stratford in 5–10 minutes. On-street permit parking is available.
