Description

A large double bedroom is available in a three-bedroom house as a tenancy takeover. The room is currently furnished, and the departing tenant may sell the one-year-old bed, mattress and dressing table together for £200, although buying them is optional. The house has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living room, a big garden, plenty of storage and a large outdoor shed.

You would share the bathroom with Lula and live with Lula and Anna, both aged 25. They are friendly and sociable, enjoy drinks and occasional nights out, but also respect personal space and keep the home clean and tidy. They would prefer someone considerate and not working from home full time.

The house is in Wimbledon, a four-minute walk from Wimbledon Station, with District line services and frequent trains into central London. Rent is £1,130 per month, with bills costing approximately £150 extra. Move-in is available between 28 September and 11 October 2026.
