A large, bright double bedroom occupies the third floor of a private five-storey townhouse with its own front door and no shared entrance. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, plenty of storage and views towards the Shard. The bathroom is on the same floor and shared with one other housemate.

The house has a shared kitchen, lounge, separate dining room, office space and two balconies on the fifth floor. Bike storage is available, and the house is described as quiet. You would live with Theo, Kat and Jack, who are all in their mid-twenties and work as an actor, dancer and artist.

The property is around a 10-minute walk from both Borough and London Bridge stations. Rent is £1,375 per month, with bills costing roughly £100 extra each month. Available from 14 November 2026.
