Description

Very large furnished room with a king-sized bed available while the current tenant travels for at least 6 months. The room gets lots of natural light and has a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and additional storage nearby. The flat is split over two floors with four bedrooms, including two ensuite bedrooms downstairs, a large shared bathroom upstairs, a kitchen and living space, garden and utility room. The bathroom is shared with one other person. Around a 5-minute walk from the Northern line, with Tooting Common, Tesco, a gym, restaurants, bars and shops all within a short walk. The household is relaxed and prefers someone who does not regularly bring lots of people over. There are cleaners twice a month, Sky TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime and Paramount+, plus a dishwasher, double oven, air fryer, washing machine and tumble dryer. A cat lives in the house and no other pets are allowed. £1,250 pcm including all bills, with a £500 deposit.
