The room is in a plant-filled three-storey house, with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, dining table, separate living room with sofa and TV, two bathrooms, a garden and garage storage. You would share with Tess’s two close friends, Lucas and Daniel, in a friendly, creative and queer household that is social but not a party home.

The house is in Homerton, Hackney, directly beside Hackney Marshes, which can be reached in under a minute. Smoking is permitted outside only, and the home is pet-free. The dates are flexible and a viewing or video call can be arranged.
