You are a tidy, social girl who are working or studying and around our age🩵 **Room: 2nd floor facing the garden (~10-12 sqm)** Rent: £866 pcm Deposit: £500 | you'll replace old roomates name on the contract (renews every 23rd May) - furnished w/ double bed (lifts up so you have a lot of storage under it), desk, desk chair, dresser, bed side table, a small lamp, a storage thing (I use it now on the side of my desk to have makeup and hair stuff on, shelves on the right wall, walk in closet with many hangers (shelves and hanging rack inside closet), blinding curtains, mirror on closet door, big mirror above bed **About the house:** - 5 bedrooms across three floors - Living room - Bright and spacious kitchen - Big backyard (with storage shed and BBQ🙂‍↕️) - 1 bathroom with bath + shower (on photo) - 1 bathroom with shower - 1 bathroom with toilet The house is a short (~5min) walk from Whitechapel station with great transport links across the city! **About us:** Moa and Paola both work in the expert network industry. Moa is Swedish and loves exploring the city, seeing friends and playing tennis 🎾 Paola is Italian and, outside of work likes to dance salsa or bachata! Stefanie is from the US and here for a 1yr work placement as an environmental engineer, she loves exploring for new coffee places around the area and is always down to hang out. Lastly, Zoey, from Ireland, is currently working as a teacher for special needs children, but also pursuing her dream to be a musical actor on West End, she has an agency and is working for her big break thorugh! We all love spending time together, especially catching up in the kitchen and having a good laugh after a long day 🤌 We have a cleaning rota in place to keep things fair and tidy, so we're looking for someone who's happy to stick to it! We're not just looking for housemates, we're hoping to find friends too 🫶🏼 I, Nora, am moving out the 3rd of September and want someone to move in on the 4th. Frequently Asked Questions

Use the message button on the listing to introduce yourself to the room lister. Free users can send a limited number of messages per month. With Membership you can message any listing without limits and respond to new rooms first thanks to Early Bird access. A good first message says who you are, when you want to move in, how long you plan to stay, and one or two things about your lifestyle that match the listing.
Look for the Verified badge on the profile, it means the room lister has completed identity verification. Read the full listing, check the lifestyle preferences on each existing flatmate's profile, and review the photos of the room and shared spaces. Always arrange a viewing in person or by video call before sending any money, and never pay a deposit or holding fee before you have signed a tenancy agreement.
Yes, we strongly recommend it. Ask the room lister for a viewing in person, or for a live video tour if you are out of town. Use the viewing to meet the existing flatmates and ask about bills, house rules, and the rest of the household. A genuine room lister will always offer some form of viewing.
The listing shows the monthly rent and whether bills are included. Where bills are included, this usually covers utilities and internet. Confirm with the room lister exactly what is and is not included, and whether there is a deposit, a holding fee, or any agency fees on top.
You and the room lister agree on a move-in date and sign a tenancy agreement directly, the same way you would on any other room-share platform. Dwelles is a marketplace that connects you. The contract, deposit protection, and reference checks remain between you and the room lister. If anything looks suspicious, report the listing and stop communicating. In the UK you can also report scams to Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk.
