The living room opens onto a large private terrace suitable for outdoor dining. There is also access to a shared private garden with a fountain. Rent is £1,500 per month including bills. The current tenant works full time in sales and is looking for a flatmate. Confirmation of a new tenant is required by September 3, with move-in planned for October 3.
