Recently renovated room in a spacious ground-floor two-bedroom flat. It has plenty of storage, built-in wardrobes, wooden flooring, a desk, new windows overlooking the garden and a new king-size mattress. There is also additional storage in the flat and garden.

You would share the flat and its one bathroom with Alexandra, who has lived there for almost 11 years. She is looking for a friendly, tidy working professional aged over 25 who would like to create a comfortable home while also having their own space. The room is for one working woman and joining the joint tenancy requires referencing and financial checks.

The flat is around seven minutes from Manor House Underground Station on the Piccadilly line, three minutes from Green Lane Overground Station and two minutes from supermarkets and other shops. Night buses are available about five minutes away. Move-in is expected around 18 September 2026.
