Double room available from 19 September 2026 in a three-bedroom house in Clapham South. The room comes with a bed, wardrobe and small cupboard; the desk shown in the photo is not included. The bathroom is shared with one housemate, and there is also a separate toilet near the bedroom.

The house is a 7-minute walk from Clapham South station, around 20 minutes from Clapham Junction and 1 minute from Clapham Common. You’ll be living with two female housemates aged 29 and 25 who describe the household as social but with separate lives, enjoying picnics, drinks, fitness activities and weekends away.

Rent is approximately £1,121 pcm plus approximately £100 bills. Deposit is £1,288. The contract starts on 19 September.
