Description

A smaller, unfurnished room is available in a two-floor flat. It has plenty of storage, but you would need to provide your own bed and other furniture. The rent is £1,080 per month including bills, with two bathrooms in the flat and the downstairs bathroom usually available for your use.

You would share with Lizzy, 28, and Georgia, 26, who both work hybrid in the city. They enjoy spending time together, having friends over, going to the pub and relaxing at home, and are looking for a clean, respectful and sociable flatmate.

The flat is a three-minute walk from Earlsfield station, with direct trains to Clapham Junction and Waterloo. Local Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s and M&S shops are nearby, while Wandsworth Common is around a 15-minute walk away. Viewings are planned for Wednesday 23 September from 5pm.
