A room is available in a much-loved two-bedroom flat from early October. The home has a large living area and a very spacious private terrace, ideal for relaxing in warmer months. Rent is £1,100 per month plus shared bills of about £200–£250 each.

You would share with Kirsty, 30, a hybrid-working Senior Sales Executive. She enjoys swimming, watching TV, learning music production and DJing, with gigs often taking place at weekends. She is looking for a friendly, clean, respectful and sociable housemate.
