Description

A room is available in a two-bedroom, one-bathroom flat for £1,050 per month. The previous flatmate may leave their desk and drawers for the new tenant if wanted. Bills are estimated at approximately £200–250 per month in addition to the rent.

The remaining flatmate is Abbie, aged 25, who works in finance and works from home two or three days a week. She is easygoing and enjoys socialising, but also values having her own space. A clean and tidy housemate in their twenties would be preferred.

The flat is around a five-minute walk from Lewisham DLR and mainline station, with straightforward journeys to central London, Canary Wharf and London Bridge. Move-in is flexible between mid-September and 1 October 2026, with viewings available on request.
