A room is available in a two-bedroom flat from 8 November 2026 on a six-month contract. Rent is £850 per month, excluding bills, which are divided equally between the three household members each month.

The flat has a large living room and an outside area. The current residents are a friendly Kiwi couple who both work, including one day a week working from home. They enjoy a relaxed home, occasional drinks, watching something together and game nights, while respecting personal space.

The flat is an eight-minute walk from Clapham North Station and about 12 minutes from Brixton. It is close to large Tesco and Sainsbury’s stores, Lidl and transport links into central London.
