Description

Two decent-sized bedrooms are available in a friendly shared house, each costing £600 per month plus bills. Both rooms have high ceilings and are on the first floor. One is at the front of the house and available from 14 November; the other is at the back and available from 28 November.

The spacious home has an eat-in kitchen, living room, laundry-drying room and a back garden. You would live with Vincent, Josh and Emily, a friendly, creative group in their early 30s with a mix of social and independent lifestyles. The house is kept clean and tidy and is treated as a long-term home.

The property is around a 10-minute walk from Wood Green Tube station, Alexandra Palace Station, Ally Pally park, pubs, a gym, cinema and shops in Wood Green Shopping Mall.
