Room available from 1 September in a two-bedroom flat in Tooting Bec. A new one-year contract will be signed from the move-in date. The flat is directly next to the tube, around a 30-second walk from the Northern line, and less than 10 minutes from Balham, Tooting Market and Tooting Common. The bedroom includes a wardrobe, large bed, desk and drawers, and the flat has a cosy living space with recently replaced carpets.

You’ll share with a 24-year-old woman working in consulting who works from home around 2–3 days a week. She is looking for a clean, tidy and independent female flatmate who is also open to being friends and occasionally spending time together. Students are not accepted due to tenancy requirements.
