You would share the house with two friendly, sociable men aged 28. The property has a large shared living and dining room with sofas and a TV, a private garden, balcony or terrace, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Use of the departing tenant’s bike is also offered.

The house is on a quiet residential street in Walthamstow, about five minutes from local shops, restaurants and bars. An Overground station is around 12 minutes away on foot, with bus links to Walthamstow Central and central London reachable in about 40 minutes.
