A bedroom and bathroom are available in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat from December or January. The room may be offered with some furniture on a temporary basis. Rent is approximately £1,200–£1,300 per month, including estimated bills and service charge.

The other resident is the 26-year-old owner of the flat, who enjoys sport and cooking. Residents have access to a private gym with sauna and steam room, as well as a 24-hour concierge and free visitors’ parking.
