The home is shared with Shane, an Irish guest relations manager at a five-star hotel, and his girlfriend Simran, who works in finance. They are usually out at work during the day and describe the household as tidy, respectful and easy to live in. A clean and considerate housemate is wanted, and students cannot be accepted.

The property is about one minute from Walthamstow Central Station, with access to the Victoria and Lioness lines. Asda, Lidl, Tesco and a gym are within five minutes, while Walthamstow market, wetlands, bars and cafés are nearby.
