A spacious double bedroom is available with a new bed and orthopaedic mattress, desk and wardrobe. A new small fridge will also be provided for the tenant. The room is offered to one person only.

The tenant will share the house with the current residents. They are looking for someone clean and quiet who appreciates a tidy environment. Rent is €850 per month, with bills payable separately.
