The bed, dresser and bedside tables may also be bought from the current tenant.

The flat has two female residents in their late twenties or early thirties, both working corporate jobs and usually in the office three or four days a week. There is a large open-plan living and dining area, room-controlled underfloor heating, a washer-dryer, modern appliances and a lift. Friends are welcome, although it is not a party flat.

Located in Holland Park, the flat is a four-minute walk from Shepherd’s Bush station and ten minutes from Holland Park station. Shops are less than five minutes away, with Kensington High Street and Notting Hill Gate around 15 minutes on foot. Available from 25 October 2026, with some flexibility.
