Spacious furnished double room available from 7 November in a relaxed shared home. The room has plenty of natural light, a bed frame, large cupboard and cabinet. The bathroom is shared with two other flatmates. Rent is £925 per month, with bills of approximately £100 covering energy, water, Wi-Fi and council tax. A £925 deposit and reference check are required.

You will join a friendly four-bedroom flat shared by three people, including two live-in brothers who are landlords. The household is sociable but respectful of personal space, with occasional shared dinners or drinks. The flat has super-fast Wi-Fi and a regular cleaner, and visitors are welcome.
