The room is in a furnished two-bedroom flat with a large living room, shared kitchen and bathroom, lots of storage and access to a huge garden. The flat has fast WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher and access to Netflix, Disney+ and Prime. The current resident is social, tidy and enjoys cooking, music and yoga.

The property is in Croydon, around 10 minutes by bus from East Croydon or Purley stations. Trains reach London Bridge in one stop and Victoria in two stops. Available in October and/or November for a clean, considerate professional woman; no pets are requested.
