Description

Sunny double bedroom in a fully furnished flat, with a double bed and large triple wardrobe. There is shared bathroom access with a bath and overhead rain shower. The room is available from 19 October to 12 November, with some flexibility for an earlier move depending on referencing.

The room is in an eighth-floor three-bedroom flat with an open-plan living room and kitchen, air conditioning and two balconies overlooking the London skyline. You would share with Elizabeth, an analyst, and Lisa, who works in finance. Both are friendly, sociable and respectful of personal space, and the flat is not a party home.

East Village is a few minutes’ walk from Stratford station and Westfield. Rent is £1,050 per month, with bills of approximately £110–£140 covering electricity, water, council tax, Sky TV and 1GB internet. A 12-month minimum stay is preferred.
