Description

A super-king bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom is available for a sublet from 6 November to 16 January. The room includes a work-from-home desk and built-in wardrobe. Couples are welcome. Rent is £1,600 per month, with bills estimated at around £200 for two people.

The house has an open-plan living and dining room with an attached modern kitchen, plus a large backyard with a bike rack, barbecue and outdoor seating. You would share with three Kiwi women and one Kiwi/British man in their late twenties, described as social, clean and friendly.
