Description

Two furnished double bedrooms are available in a four-bedroom house. The front room costs £800 per month and is available from 31 October, with large windows, a built-in wardrobe, bedside table and desk. The smaller garden-facing room costs £700 per month and is available from 30 November, with a built-in wardrobe.

The house has two bathrooms, a separate kitchen and living room, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and a large garden with BBQ. Bills are approximately £125 per month and include fortnightly cleaning. Current housemates are Lakshman, 29, and Hattie, 30, who work in recruitment and events.

The home is a 10-minute walk from Clapham South Tube station. The household is sociable and is looking for one male and one female aged 27–33 who enjoy occasional pub trips and socialising. In-person viewings are available.
