The ground-floor room is available from 20 September and the first-floor top-floor en-suite room from 28 September, both at £950 per month with all bills included. The en-suite room has a sofa area, space for a desk with desk provided, storage bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and garden views. The house has a large lounge, spacious kitchen, garden with BBQ and outdoor seating, superfast fibre broadband, two washing machines, a tumble dryer and weekly cleaning of communal areas. Five professionals in their late 20s currently live in the house. The property is close to supermarkets, Stratford and Westfield, with Hackney Wick within walking distance.
