Description

Two furnished rooms are available in a four-bedroom house. The larger downstairs room is £897 per month and available from 17 October; the smaller upstairs room is £810 per month and available from 28 October. Bills are approximately £90 per month, with a £1,009 deposit.

The house has two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room, and a garden. Two current housemates, Ellen and Kaitlyn, are staying after living there together for a year and a half. They are looking for two sociable, friendly and clean women aged roughly 23 to 26.
