The flat is shared with one woman who works as a Creative Director, artist and designer. It is a non-smoking, non-party home with shared areas kept clean and tidy. A professional cleaner visits every two weeks at £25 per person. Female or non-binary professionals are preferred; students are considered only if mature, studying for an MA or PhD.
