Description

An unfurnished double room is available at the back of a ground-floor flat, overlooking the garden and away from the main road. The room is cosy, quiet and receives afternoon sunlight. The flat has a washing machine and dryer, plus access to a shared rear garden with a hammock.

You would share the furnished three-bedroom flat with two queer housemates who work in the charity sector and their cat. It is a friendly, creative home where residents often cook and share food, while also respecting each other’s personal space. Pets may be negotiable, subject to the cat’s needs.

The flat is in Barnes, one minute from the river and close to local pubs, cafés and shops. Barnes Bridge Station is a five-minute walk away, Mortlake Station is around 15 minutes away, and trains reach Waterloo in approximately 25 minutes. Rent is £950 per month including bills, with council tax paid separately.
