Description

An unfurnished bedroom is available in a three-bedroom house that is currently being moved into. The shared home has a furnished living room and kitchen, one bathroom, a garden and free parking on the driveway. More furniture is expected to be added to the house.

You would live with Macy, 25, who works in television, and Katie, 25, a healthcare consultant. They enjoy going out as well as relaxed evenings watching television, and are looking for another girl who is sociable, tidy and keen to help create a comfortable home.

The house is on a quiet road opposite Merton Abbey Mills in South Wimbledon, near Colliers Wood. Both South Wimbledon and Colliers Wood Underground stations are about a 5–10 minute walk away, with Wimbledon station reachable by bus or car. Rent is £1,000 monthly plus bills of around £120, with no deposit required.
