Description

A double en-suite room is available in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. The west-facing room gets plenty of afternoon light and includes a bed and bedside table; a desk and chair are not provided. The apartment is fully furnished, well maintained and has good storage, a ground-floor layout and a private terrace.

You would live with the current tenant, a 24-year-old banking professional, and another new flatmate. The household is looking for one girl, with guests welcome if they are respectful. The flat suits hybrid or work-from-home arrangements and is available from 1 November 2026.

The apartment is in E1, around a 10-minute walk from Tower Hill, Aldgate East and Shadwell stations. St Katharine Docks, the City and Spitalfields are also walkable, with Waitrose, Sainsbury’s Local, Tesco Express and Tian Tian nearby.
