Description

A double room is available from around 8 November for £1,065 per month. Bills are approximately £175 per month, with a cleaner coming fortnightly at a shared cost of £13.50 per person every two weeks. Couples cannot apply.

The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home has no ensuite rooms and includes a backyard suitable for summer barbecues. The household is social but respects personal space, enjoying movie nights, bike rides, coffee walks and pub trips. The new housemate must be clean, easy-going and working full-time, as required by the landlord.

Clapham Common Tube on the Northern line is a few minutes away on foot, with the Common, shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Viewings are planned for next week after work.
