A furnished double room is available on the ground floor of a terraced six-bedroom house. The room includes a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The tenancy takeover is from 31 October 2026, with rent of £1,100 per month plus bills of around £110 per month.

The house is fully furnished and has a large kitchen-diner with access to the back garden, a washing machine, dishwasher and a spacious living room. There are two bathrooms and a separate toilet upstairs. You would live with five flatmates aged 24 to 28, who work in different city professions and enjoy a sociable but independent household.
