Description

A furnished double room is available for one person or a couple from 12 October. It includes a super king bed, plenty of storage, drawers, a desk, chair and bedside table. Rent is £1,000 per month, with bills costing around £80 extra.

The room is in a three-bedroom flat with a private backyard space that is not shared with the other flats. The current flatmates are active and sociable, and a standard reference check is required.

Wimbledon Park is a pleasant neighbourhood with the park and local cafés about five minutes away. Wimbledon Park Station on the District line is a six-minute walk, Earlsfield Station is 13 minutes away, and the 156 bus stops outside for services towards Clapham and Vauxhall.
