The period-conversion flat has original floorboards, a living room with balcony, a decent-sized kitchen, generous storage including a hallway wardrobe and extra cloakroom, plus a utilities room with an additional toilet.

You would share with one male flatmate who works in finance and is usually in the office, occasionally working from home on Fridays. A work-from-home setup in the lounge is available for your use.

The room is available from the end of September or start of October 2026 until March 2027, with some flexibility around the dates. Rent is £1,025 per month, with bills of approximately £150–180 extra.
