Description

A large double room is available in a spacious ground-floor three-bedroom, three-bathroom flat opposite Streatham Common. It is the biggest bedroom and has its own private bathroom. The home also has an open-plan living and kitchen area with an island, plenty of natural light and a private garden, plus access to a shared garden behind the property.

You would live with Greta, a 31-year-old Production Accountant, and Aidan, a 26-year-old Fashion Stylist. They have lived in the flat for four years and just under one year respectively. They are easy-going, enjoy cooking and having friends over, and respect personal space. The household also includes Loki, a friendly five-year-old mixed-breed dog.

The flat is in Streatham, next to the Common and close to pubs, gyms and cafés. Streatham Overground is around five minutes away, with good transport connections. The room is available from 3 or 4 October 2026 on a rolling contract, for £960 per month plus approximately £100–£120 in bills.
