Description

Furnished double room with a double bed, mattress and wardrobe. The room is in a four-bedroom flat with one bathroom and a garden at the back. A cleaner visits every other week. Rent is £925 per month, plus approximately £108 in bills. Half rent and bills are payable for October.

You would share with three other women, including the current tenant, all working and in their mid to late twenties. Two of the flatmates mainly work from home but sometimes commute to the office. The household is looking for someone friendly and easy-going who would suit a similar age range.
