A bright furnished double room is available with a bed, bedside table, built-in wardrobes and shelves. There is also space for a small desk and chair, which are already provided but can be removed if needed.

The room is in a modern, clean three-bedroom maisonette arranged over three levels. You would share the bathroom with one other woman and have use of the combined kitchen and lounge, plus a roof terrace with outdoor seating. A cleaner visits every two weeks and this is covered by the bills. Two friendly professional women aged 30 and 28 live in the flat.

The property is in Battersea near Queenstown Road. Battersea Power Station and Clapham Common stations are around a 15-minute walk away, while Queenstown Road Overground is 10 minutes away. Buses 156, 452 and 137 stop two minutes away. Rent is £1,130 per month plus £164 for bills. Move-in is flexible between 12 October and 12 November 2026.
