Description

A furnished downstairs room is available in a three-storey mid-terrace house. The room will include a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. The house has two bathrooms, an additional toilet, a separate kitchen and lounge, plus a large patio. The lounge will be redecorated and furnished with new items.

You would share with Ella, Laura and Tess, three women aged 25 who work in communications, advertising and politics. They are sociable, enjoy spending time together and are looking for another woman who would like to become part of the household.

The house is on a quiet residential road in Elephant and Castle, around a 10-minute walk from Elephant and Castle Station, served by the Northern and Bakerloo lines. Rent is £1,100 per month excluding bills. Move-in is on 13 October 2026.
