A huge double room is available in a modern six-bedroom house from 1 November for £1,100 per month, with bills estimated at around £110 monthly. The room is offered to one girl only, with no couples, and the tenancy will be transferred by a name change.

The house has three bathrooms, a large shared kitchen with plenty of storage, a separate living room and an outdoor courtyard. You would live with five people in their mid-to-late twenties, plus a dog who will return to Australia in mid-November.

The property is between Clapham North and Brixton, around an eight-minute walk from Clapham North Station and nine minutes from Brixton Station. Lidl is nearby, Tesco is about five minutes away, and there are gyms, cafés, restaurants, pubs and Lime bikes in the area.
