Description

A large room with a king-size bed is available in a three-bedroom house. The room is being offered from 1 November, with the date flexible within reason. The bathroom is currently undergoing a full renovation and will be brand new before move-in.

You would share with James and Harry, both aged 24 and working full-time in professional roles. They are social and enjoy pubs, bars, events and dinners, while also keeping the house relaxed and tidy. They would welcome someone happy to socialise occasionally in the lounge or go out for a drink.

The house is on Honeybrook Road, a short walk from Abbeville Road and approximately eight minutes from Clapham South Station. Rent is £1,200 per month, plus bills of around £160 per month.
