The largest bedroom in the four-bedroom house is available from 16 October. It measures 4.94 x 3.60 metres and has high ceilings, original features, a fitted wardrobe wall and a built-in desk by three large bay-style windows. The room is bright, quiet and offers plenty of storage.

You would join three friends aged 25–26, comprising two women and one man. They are working professionals who enjoy pub quizzes, hosting dinners, film nights and sport. The house is furnished and has two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a decked garden with seating, a BBQ and shed.

The house is in Balham, a seven-minute walk from Balham Station, served by the Northern Line and National Rail. Rent is £1,350 per month, excluding bills. Couples are not accepted, and a longer-term housemate is preferred.
