A large, quiet double room is available from 30 October 2026. It has an ensuite bathroom, a double bed frame and a large wardrobe, although the new tenant will need to provide their own mattress. Rent is £950 per month, excluding bills.

The room is in a furnished three-bedroom flat with an open-plan living area, sofa, chairs, coffee table, dining bar and chairs. The kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, air fryer, toaster and crockery. There is also a washing machine area beside the shared bathroom. Two friendly men aged 32 and 35 will remain in the flat.

Streatham Hill Station is an eight-minute walk away, while Balham Tube and railway stations are around 18 minutes on foot. Buses stop outside, with services to Balham, Clapham Common and Stockwell.
