A large double room is available in a shared house in central Brixton. It has high ceilings, a garden view, fireplace and built-in storage, and is furnished with a bedside table and wardrobe. There is no bed, although the previous housemate may sell theirs cheaply.

The house has a large kitchen, living room, back garden, one toilet and a full bathroom. Six people currently live there, including two couples and two other housemates. The household is friendly, social and LGBTQIA-friendly, with occasional parties and shared activities.

Brockwell Park, Effra Social and Hootananny are about five minutes away. Central Brixton, Brixton Village, Pop Brixton and Brixton Market are within a 5–10 minute walk, with gyms, Tesco and Lidl nearby.
