Description

A large furnished double bedroom measuring 18 m² is available in a refurbished Victorian house. It includes a bed, desk, wardrobe and dresser. The room costs £1,400 per month, with average utilities of about £160 monthly, split equally. A minimum one-year lease is required.

The house is shared with one female flatmate, Sabrina, a 20-year-old KCL student who enjoys painting, cooking and going to the gym. Shared facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, shower, bath, Wi-Fi, microwave, cutlery and cookware, plus a dining area, sofas and a shared garden. Female applicants aged 18–28 are preferred, with no pets.

The property is in Elephant and Castle, close to a park and within walking distance of London Bridge, Guy’s Campus, Southbank University and UAL. A bus stop is 100 metres away, the nearest Tube is about 15 minutes on foot, and Lidl is 300 metres away.
