Description

A partly furnished room is available in a two-bedroom flat from late November or the beginning of December. The room does not include a desk or wardrobe. Rent is approximately £1,040 per month, with bills around £150 extra. Couples and pets are not accepted.

The flat has one bathroom, an open-plan living room and kitchen, and a balcony. You would share with Jessie, a 31-year-old publishing professional who enjoys music, gigs, reading, writing, theatre, films, games and exploring London. The household is sociable, clean and tidy, but respectful of personal space and not a party flat.

The property is just off Holloway Road in Islington, around a ten-minute walk from Holloway Road Tube station. Camden and Angel are about a thirty-minute walk away, with regular buses and good links to train stations. Shops, cafés and pubs are nearby, with a gym and Highbury Fields within walking distance.
