Description

Private bedroom available in a furnished two-bedroom, one-bathroom flat in SW1. The home has a loft-style feel with exposed brick, full-height windows and a private balcony, creating a bright and comfortable living space. An in-unit washer/dryer is provided.

You would share the flat with the current resident, a 25-year-old woman working in music marketing. She is looking for a female housemate who is friendly, sociable and tidy. The room is available from around 4 October, with the sublet running until the current tenant moves out in March.

The flat is about four minutes on foot from St James's Park Station and ten minutes from Victoria Station. Tesco Express, Whole Foods and Boots are all within a five- to ten-minute walk. Rent is £1,370 per month, with bills estimated at about £100 extra.
